No $LUIGI is not a scam. But it's a meme-coin with a social utility, primarily, not a technical one. There will be an intentionally modest distribution and large rewards for loyal community members. We will not throw half the supply into farming rewards or other silly things to destroy our token value.

$LUIGI has locked an initial 10% (28.6B) with 100K $XPR ($150 at time of writing). This liquidity cannot be touched, and fees cannot be claimed from this initial pool. This evaluates to a theoretical market cap of $150*10 or $1500, which could be argued as a reasonably fair value for the idea, brand, and work so far done on $LUIGI. 

That is one of our primary goals. If the community supports us, we will look to develop low cost technologies people on XPR can access to better their experience, lives, or checkbook. We are currently talking about an idea for open sourced governance platform for XPR projects.

Yes. Morality is complex, and the situation is unique. This event may have lasting impact, and we hope to use it to understand the deeper "what" and "why" to the way society and economy are currently structured, so we can educate others and influence change in a productive, non-violent way.
